Our service offers every member the facility at their request, to consult with an attorney anywhere in South Africa where attorneys practice, and irrespective of any advice they have already received through the help line.
This service is offered in conjunction with the formal bodies of the attorneys’ profession and assures that there will always be an attorney available for the member.
There are currently over 2500 legal practices on this service that facilitate their specific areas of expertise and is the largest active database of the attorneys’ profession available.
A) Free Legal Documentation Service
A wide range of documents including trusts, close corporations, wills or any standard legal documentation, is freely provided. This service is supported by access to a 24-hour help line with specialist lawyers and the national panel of attorneys where required.
B) Estate And Financial Planning Service
The service operates during office hours and gives the member access to professional estate and financial planning. The legal help line will provide legal advice and financial matters will be addressed by our financial consultants.
C) Counselling & Trauma Help Line
The service provides free counselling services for victims of rape, family violence and abuse, as well as trauma counselling debriefing, evaluation and education.
The trauma line is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year and is manned by a panel of qualified nurses. Service operators assist nurses and perform a facilitating and monitoring role to ensure that the necessary assistance is provided to the caller in need.

IndweCOMP-U-HELP
IndweComp-U-Help is a 24-hour telephonic help line offering a comprehensive computer support service to computer owners around South Africa. The service is manned by a panel of qualified computer technicians who can offer advice on various problems associated with utilising a PC.
The service includes assistance with hardware and software problems, queries on hardware installation, connecting and surfing the web, e-mail queries, assistance when utilising computer accessories etc. The service can be accessed via telephone or the IndweComp-U-Help website.
Through the website Members will have access to standard templates, receive updated information on virus protection and back-up procedures as well as a newsletter containing computer news, tips and tools. IndweComp-U-Help is your 24-hour computer assistant.

Financial advice offered through the Indwe Club is provided by Octogen, an authorized financial services provider.
How are members coping with their personal budgets based on the income and size of their family? Is there a standard against which they can measure their income and expenditure? Are they unable to manage their debt? Where can members go to get financial counselling?
Many individuals are in a position where they simply don’t understand their financial lifestyle, as they have never been educated on how to handle their personal finances. Local research shows that very few individuals have a budget or attempt to plan their financial affairs.
IndweFINANCE is an easy to use solution where the member can get private assistance and counselling on the following:
· Personal budget review
· Debt advice
· Tax advice
· Assistance in understanding financial products
The member can access the service from 7h00 – 18h00 weekdays and will receive individual attention with access to financial counselling. On completion of the member’s request the individual will receive a financial assessment report via e-mail or fax.
If a member requires further in depth assistance, provision can be made for the member to receive access into the Financial Lifestyle Assessment Programme, Financial Vitality Assessment Programme and/or the Debt Rehabilitation Programme at an additional cost.

IndweHOME
If an Indwe Club member requires the services of an emergency domestic repairman (plumbers, locksmiths, electricians etc) as a result of breakage or failure of fixtures the cost of call out and one hour labour will be covered. The member can also make use of a referral service to engage other (non emergency) repairers at his or her own cost. (e.g. builders, painters, garden services etc).

(in the event of an accident)
Emergency Medical Response & Transportation
Appropriate transportation will be arranged by road or air following a medical emergency to the closest appropriate medical facility up to NRPL rates.
Escorted Return of Minors:
In the event of minor children being stranded as a result of an Indwe member’s hospitalization, arrangement will be made to transport them under supervision where necessary, into the care of a person nominated by the member.
Compassionate Visits:
If you are hospitalized as a result of a medical emergency outside of your hometown for more than 5 days, Indwe Medical will arrange and pay travel costs up to a maximum of R2000 for a close relative to visit you.
Repatriation of Mortal Remains
In the event of your death outside your hometown, but within the borders of South Africa, IndweMEDICAL will assist your family with the necessary formalities (and cover cost up to R20 000) for the transportation of your mortal remains to your hometown anywhere in South Africa.
GUARANTEED HOSPITAL ADMISSION – R 5000
Following emergency medical transportation, a guarantee of R5000 is arranged with the hospital to ensure swift hospital admittance which, if denied or delayed, could result in death. The R5000 will be reclaimed back from the member’s medical aid. The R5000 is only a guarantee and only at time of admittance.

IndweROAD
Roadside assistance is arranged for Indwe Club members, as per the benefit table below, where the cause of the problem is one of the following:
Where the cause of the problem is a mechanical or electrical breakdown, the member will be towed to the nearest approved dealer or competent repairer up to the limit stated in the benefit table.
Courtesy Transport/Accommodation/Car Recovery/Storage
If the breakdown occurs more than 100km from home the vehicle is towed away and arrangements can be made to:

arrange transport for the occupants of the towed vehicle (and their vehicle) back to one nominated destination or
-
arrange accommodation for one night for the occupants of the towed vehicle and storage of their vehicle overnight up to a total benefit of R750
COLLECTION/RETURN OF REPAIRED VEHICLE
The cost of collecting and returning the vehicle back home after repair will be covered up to R1000.
A maximum benefit of R5000 will be payable per vehicle per annum.
ACCIDENT TOW IN & STORAGE
Should the vehicle be involved in a motor vehicle accident the vehicle will be towed to an approved panel beater, provided that the vehicle is comprehensively insured on one of the products defined and the towing & storage cost will be recovered back from the underlying insurer on condition that the claim is submitted by the policy holder to the insurer.
Transmission of Urgent Messages:
An Indwe Club member can request that a message regarding his or her delay or changed arrangements be relayed to a nominated person.

To access the services the member must call IndweCLUB on 0860 444 222. All calls are recorded. For Medical, Home and Roadside Assistance the financial benefits are only applicable if IndweCLUB facilities and suppliers are used by the member. The member is not entitled to reimbursement if they incur costs with any other supplier.

IndweTEACH
IndweTEACH provides an educational service to scholars, parents and teachers through access to a pool of qualified and experienced educators telephonically. A panel of qualified teachers are ready to take calls related to homework problems and will assist with any educational related queries.
The service is accessible from Monday to Thursday between 18h00 and 21h00 (excluding school and public holidays) and is the only “homework help line” that has had the approval of the Education Department and former president Nelson Mandela.
